Hotel fills with the inviting aroma of 'made from scratch' breads,
scones and muffins.
Each morning, guests at Ships
Point Inn awaken to the wonderful aromas of a four-course gourmet
breakfast being prepared by Chef Rod Milligan. Chef Rod uses only
the finest ingredients and his favorite time-tested recipes. The
menu changes daily, but always includes only the freshest fruits
and juices, breads and muffins baked in our own kitchen, locally-produced
sausage or oysters, chef's-recipe egg entrees, and international
coffees and teas.
Dining at the Sooke
Harbour House is an experience of pleasantly satisfying surprises.
Sooke Harbour House has gained an international reputation for Pacific
Northwest cuisine that is as creative as it is delicious. The menu
changes daily to allow the award-winning chefs to serve only the
freshest local ingredients as they become available. All salad greens
and herbs are grown in our own kitchen gardens.

The Chrysalis
Inn and Spa's full service wine bar and restaurant, Fino, features
